🍛 Mini Thai Green Chicken Curry Recipe (2 to 3 servings)
Ingredients:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Bio Tang green curry paste
- 400 g sliced chicken breast
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- A few Thai basil leaves (optional)
- Jasmine rice for serving
Preparation:
- Heat a little oil in a pan or wok.
- Sauté the green curry paste for 1 minute.
- Add the coconut milk and mix.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Thai basil before serving.
- Serve with hot jasmine rice.
