π Mini recipe: Gochujang Stir-fried Tofu
Ingredients:
- 250 g of medium-firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of O'Food Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Heng Shun Sesame Oil
- Jasmine Rice as an accompaniment
Preparation:
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Brown it in a pan with a little oil.
- Add the gochujang, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix for 2 minutes.
- Serve with a bowl of hot rice.
