Ingredients:
- 400 g firm tofu
- 150 g ground meat (pork or beef)
- 1 sachet Ma Po Tofu sauce
- 1 spring onion (optional)
- White rice for serving
Preparation:
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Sauté the ground meat in a pan or wok.
- Add the Ma Po Tofu sauce and mix.
- Gently fold in the tofu.
- Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes over low heat.
- Sprinkle with sliced spring onion before serving.
