🍛 Mini Recipe: Sticky Rice & Thai Red Curry (2 to 3 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Thai sticky rice
  • 1 sachet of Nittaya Thai Red Curry Paste (50 g)
  • 250 ml Aroy-D Organic Coconut Milk
  • 300 g chicken or shrimp
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • A few Thai basil leaves (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Soak and then cook the sticky rice according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté the Nittaya red curry paste in a little oil for 1 minute.
  3. Add the coconut milk and mix until you get a smooth sauce.
  4. Add the chicken or shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the bell pepper and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with sticky rice.
