π€ Mini Tom Yum Shrimp Recipe (2 to 3 people)
Ingredients:
- 500 ml water
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Tom Yum Bio Tang paste
- 200 g peeled shrimp
- 100 g sliced mushrooms
- A few cherry tomatoes, halved
- Juice of half a lime
- Fresh coriander (optional)
Preparation:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add the Tom Yum paste and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and tomatoes.
- Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the lime juice just before serving.
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander and enjoy.
