π Mini Thai Red Chicken Curry recipe (2 to 3 servings)
Ingredients:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Organic Red Curry Paste Tang
- 400 g sliced chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- A few Thai basil leaves (optional)
- Jasmine rice for serving
Preparation:
- Heat a little oil in a wok or pan.
- SautΓ© the red curry paste for 1 minute.
- Add the coconut milk and mix.
- Stir in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes.
