Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Lamian spinach noodles
- 1 sliced carrot
- A few Tung Ku mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of Pearl River Bridge Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Heng Shun Sesame Oil
- A few crispy fried onions
Preparation:
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes.
- Sauté the vegetables in a wok.
- Add the noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fried onions before serving.
